Ordering Information:

Although we no longer have a shopping cart on our site you can still place an order and have us ship it to you. You can call us at (319) 377-1472 or email us at hearthstoneinfo@aol.com with your order and credit card information.   

Shipping Information:

We try to ship orders throught the post office because it's usually cheaper but ocassionally we have to use UPS ground. If you need your order rushed, you must call us by noon Central Standard time.

During the busy season (fall through Christmas) orders may take 2-3 days longer to receive. Please plan accordingly. If an item is crucial to your order, please let us know so that we can check on availability.  

Damaged Orders: 

If you receive a damaged shipment through UPS, do not accept it! Once the order leaves us our responsibility ceases. You must call UPS immediately to start a claim.

Call them at 1-800-742-5877 if there is any damage, spillage or breakage. 

Returns: 

The following items can't be returned under any circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part: fragrance oils, soap bases, bath & body bases, liquid dyes, mica powders, glitters and carrier oils.

All other returns must be unopened and in the original packaging and will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be approved so please call or email us for authorization. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You will receive a store credit, unless the shipment was our error.
